Kavita leads the firm's banking and finance practice, advising on corporate and project lending, security creation and enforcement, and refinancing and restructuring.
She works with both lenders and corporate borrowers, which informs how she negotiates covenant packages and enforcement mechanics.
Her practice extends into insolvency, where she advises creditors and resolution applicants on process strategy and plan structuring.
