Rohan co-leads the firm's disputes practice and appears before High Courts, commercial courts, tribunals and arbitral tribunals in commercial and corporate matters.
His practice covers contractual claims, shareholder and joint venture disputes, construction and project claims and enforcement proceedings. He advises clients on dispute strategy at the point a disagreement emerges, when the range of available outcomes is widest.
Rohan also advises on the drafting of dispute resolution provisions, on the view that most arbitration difficulties are created at the contracting stage.
